Service Engineer Earth Moving /AWP (Aerial Work Platform Machinery) at Zoomlion Kenya Limited

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Earth Moving Engineer:

1. Maintain and repair of earth moving products, pumps, vibrators, and other related machinery.
2. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on Earthmoving equipment.
3. Ensure accurate calibration of mixing systems to meet quality standards.
4. Troubleshoot issues with pumps, valves, or hydraulic systems .
5. Maintain records of maintenance and repairs for all Earth moving products and-related machinery.

AWP Engineer

1. Experience in aerial work platform machinery maintenance is preferred
2. Responsible for cooperating with daily maintenance of arriving machines and technical support for agents.
3. Responsible for proactive rectification proposed by the product line, troubleshooting projects, rectification of faulty vehicles, and information collection
4. Responsible for regular visits to customers and regular vehicle inspections;
5. Responsible for the timely guarantee of accessories, achievement of accessories sales plan, and customer satisfaction;
6. Understand technical problem effectively through proper analysis, evaluation and diagnoses.
7. To maintain own area of responsibility in term of housekeeping and EHS while working as a team or individually.
8. Read and follow labels, safety warnings, and guidelines
9. To ensure all work is carried out according to the safety regulation and industry quality standard.
10. To become more effective in problem solving by on-the-job training.
11. Submit service reports on time.
12. Able to work together with the China Representative Engineer/Sales for customers' satisfaction

Requirements:

1. Technical diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering.
2. 2–5 years of experience as a technician for heavy construction equipment.
3. Experience working with Agricultural products and Earthmoving machines equipment's,
4. Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
5. Familiarity with safety procedures, risk assessments, and maintenance protocols.
