Delivery Rider at Red Giant Media Agency

Red Giant Media Agency is Kenya's leading experiential and creative marketing agency, based in Nairobi. Since 2016, we have worked with leading local and international brands to deliver bold campaigns, immersive activations and memorable brand experiences.

We are looking for a flexible, reliable, experienced and responsible Delivery Rider to keep our day-to-day operations moving by getting documents, parcels and marketing materials to the right place, safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver and collect documents, parcels, marketing materials and other assigned items from clients, suppliers, offices and designated locations across Nairobi.
2. Plan efficient routes and complete all deliveries and collections accurately, safely and within agreed timelines.
3. Handle all items with care and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive documents and materials.
4. Obtain signatures, delivery confirmations or other proof of delivery for every drop-off.
5. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections and related expenses.
6. Communicate proactively with the office on delivery progress, delays and any challenges.
7. Comply with traffic regulations and road-safety requirements at all times.
8. Support the operations and events teams with ad-hoc runs and urgent deliveries as required.
9. Represent Red Giant Media Agency professionally when dealing with clients, suppliers and colleagues.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 2 years' professional experience as a delivery rider (mandatory).
2. Valid motorcycle riding licence (mandatory).
3. Minimum KCSE (or equivalent)
4. Valid Certificate of Good Conduct issued by the DCI (mandatory).
5. Good knowledge of Nairobi roads, routes and surrounding areas.
6. Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, honesty and accountability.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to follow instructions, manage time well and prioritise deliveries, working independently and as part of a team.
9. Basic record-keeping skills and comfort using smartphone navigation apps.
10. Owning a motorcycle is an added advantage.
